System requirements

Site Designer is a native desktop application for Windows and macOS.

The official minimum

CoffeeCup states the requirement on the Site Designer product page:

Site Designer requires Windows 7 or macOS High Sierra (10.13) or newer.

That is the whole supported floor. If your machine runs either of those, the app runs.
