Resources Manager

The Resources toolbar icon launches your file management window. It contains and organizes all the files, images, documents, and connected scripts in your project.

What you can do from the Resource Dialog

• Create files directly. Quick methods generate new HTML, CSS, and JS files without leaving the dialog.
• Insert image elements in one click. Generate a Picture or Picture Link element straight from a selected file.
• See file details. An info region shows file type, size, and full file name for anything selected.
• Filter and sort. Drop-down controls at the top of the dialog let you quickly locate a specific file or check whether a resource needs optimizing.

Organizing with folders

Use the + control in the bottom-left corner to create folders in the side panel — for example, separate folders for images, documents, and scripts. When the site is published or exported, that folder structure is preserved exactly.

Files and folders can be dragged and dropped to reorganize them at any time.

Editing code in place

Custom CSS or JavaScript files kept in Resources can be edited directly in the app through the Edit Code dialog, without switching to an external editor.
